Building Strength When Feeling Weak

Life is full of challenges, sometimes a challenge may be asked to take a leap of faith, face your fear and dive into uncharted waters, not knowing where the current can take you. You can call this courage and make a brave dive, but the scene does not change, at least not at first, but awakens something in you, a new light force that makes you feel that no matter what the trial of the river of life brings your way, you will survive, because now you know that your courage, your fears aside. Over time, the scene does not change, because it is the nature of life, constantly moving, life remains the same only if a firm stand, if you change the current. When we go bold leaps forward, and we grow.

However, there are times when the challenge is, or appears to be too much to bare, and fear makes dark shadows in the soul: the feeling is often experienced when the heart is broken, lost loved ones, business drowning in a collapsing economy, or land and people are completely wiped out the tsunami, leaving stranded the soul, living apart. When all seems lost, and I'm afraid we'll be alone, abandoned and penniless, he summoned strength to survive, because this is really the only way forward, when faced with personal crisis, heart break, fear or intense trial, we only have one choice, whether we sink or swim.

How to find the strength to swim when you feel weak?

If I look back at the moments when I asked for a swim in the wild currents, I realize with hindsight that the first thing I needed to call it hope, because when all seems lost, hope is the only guideline. If you hope to be found, do not be afraid because we have an amazing ability to survive, it is our nature, when hope is lost, it can still create, and we do almost without thinking at the moment we decided to stop drowning and learn how to become a better swimmer. Hope is born when we decided to search it.

After the seed of hope was planted, in addition to the decision to find the strength to swim toward him. We all have power in and it is huge, but often can not see our strength until you test the limits. Sometimes the realization of this inner strength requires thinking, the people we surround ourselves with are the mirrors of our soul, so that if the true strength and courage are the qualities you're looking for, then surround yourself with people who radiate these gifts, and you will become like them; stronger. Sometimes the construction of the power required to ask for help, this I often act forces. Whatever you need to do to become stronger, to swim toward your beacon of hope, do it now, because life is precious, this moment does not last forever.

Strength building practices:

  • Make the intention to be a survivor
  • Surround yourself with people who encourage you
  • Focus on what works
  • When you feel weak, to recognize and say "stop". Then, you decide to think about the things that make you feel strong, full of energy and reason to hope.
  • Make a list of all the reasons why you think you can make it to shore, to overcome obstacles and achieve the goal
  • Decide on the family

When is a vision of hope and a sense of power that you're armed with the tools to ride the waves of life, now there is only one solution, that will drive the waves? Will you keep pulling yourself up, ready your strength to stay afloat and swim to the selected country, or will you allow the next swell to eat? Regardless of the challenges you face, however painful, heartbreaking, or can be intense, you have a choice on how to enable it to affect you and you change, you sink or you swim. We can not choose how life goes, we can choose how we react.
